Since 2012, the Swiss Society for Aesthetic Surgery has been comprised of physicians with certified (FMH) training in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. The members of this society have a special interest in aesthetic surgery, representing the majority of their surgical activity. The role of the Swiss Aesthetic Surgery Society is to ensure the continuing education of aesthetic surgery in Switzerland, to promote patient safety, to provide objective information and to maintain a level of excellence in aesthetic surgery in our country.
